The organizations of the emergency management

Lead organization

The state council is the top administrative leadership of the emergency management work of natural disasters. Under the leadership of the premier of the state council, the standing meeting of the state council and relevant emergency command organs of the state council shall be responsible for emergency management of public emergencies and the working group of the state council should guide related work if necessary.

Administrative organization

The general office of the state council is the administrative body for the emergency management of natural disasters. The office of emergency management in the state council is responsible for the emergency guard, information aggregation and comprehensive coordination as a pivotal role.

Operation organization

The relevant organizations of the state council are responsible for the relevant emergency management work according to the laws, regulations and respective responsibilities. They will responsible for the drafting and implementation for special projects and departmental emergency plans for spontaneous disaster emergencies of relevant categories, and to implement relevant decisions of the state council.

Regional authorities

The governments at various levels are the administrative leading bodies for the urgent management of natural disasters and emergencies in their respective administrative areas, and they should responsible for the various natural disasters emergencies in their own administrative areas.

Experts

The state council and all kinds of emergency management organization should hiring a lot of experts to form experts groups according to the actual needs, and make the groups provide decision-making advice for emergency management and take part in the emergency management work of emergencies directly if necessary.
