The population proportion have been gradually increased by disaster

We have a large population and the high density of population, extensive territory but less area for habitation comfortably and terrible environment because of the overdevelopment, which increased the vulnerability to natural disasters and then leaded to the increased population influenced by disasters, although the dead and missed population has decreased gradually. The table 1-6 shows the increased trend of population influenced by natural disasters since the established of China: an average of 52000000 people per year in 1950 s, which increased to 89000000 people per year in 1960, 2000 million in 1970 s and 1980 s and 2300 million in 1990; but the population affected by natural disasters was 2800 million in 1980 s, increased to 3800 million in 1990 and 4200 million in 2010 s.
