Introduction:
The regulations about the Post-Wenchuan Earthquake Rehabilitation and Reconstruction were adopted at the eleventh executive session of the State Council in June 4, 2008,and released in June 8, 2008.The regulations have been implemented since the date of promulgation. In order to ensure the Wenchuan earthquake disaster recovery and reconstruction work effectively and orderly development,which can restore the normal life, production, study and working conditions of the disaster-stricken areas and promote the economic and social Recovery and development.
