Abstract

According to the website of the Ministry of civil affairs, heavy rains have occurred in parts of Southwest China since June 28th. Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet and other provinces suffered floods, hail disasters. By 9:00 am on June 30th, there are 154 thousand people affected. Two people were killed and two were missing.

Since June 28th, heavy rainfall has occurred in parts of Southwest china. On June 29th, the main heavy rainfall belt was located in central Guizhou, and rainstorms occurred in some areas. Heavy rain (100 - 200 mm) occurred in central Guizhou, Yunnan, Qujing and other areas. The southeastern part of Guizhou has a rainfall of 221 millimeters. The maximum hourly rainfall in these areas is 60 - 85 millimeters.

Due to heavy rainfall, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet and other provinces suffered floods, hail disasters. By 9:00 am on June 30th, there are 154 thousand people affected, two people were killed and two were missing., 7000 people evacuated, more than 200 people need emergency relief life; 6 thousand and 800 hectares of crops were affected, of which 1 thousand and 100 hectares of crops; more than 100 houses collapsed and damaged more than 1700 different degrees; the direct economic loss of 160 million yuan.

According to the Chongqing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau reported that more than 1100 people were affected in the Wanzhou District, more than 100 hectares of crops were affected, direct economic losses of nearly 2 million yuan.

According to the Sichuan Provincial Department of civil affairs report, Panzhihua, Mianyang, ABA 5 city (prefecture) 17 counties (city, district) 39 thousand people affected, 2 people died due to lightning, 1 people missing, more than 4500 people evacuated; more than 600 houses were damaged to varying degrees; more than 800 hectares of crops affected, the nearly 200 hectares of crops; the direct economic loss of more than 40 million yuan.

According to the Guizhou Provincial Department of civil affairs report, Guiyang, Bijie, Qiandongnan and other 4 cities (prefectures) and 17 counties (city, district) 63 thousand people were affected, more than 2400 people evacuated, more than 200 people need emergency relief life; more than 700 houses were damaged to varying degrees; 2 thousand and 400 hectares of crops were affected, of which 300 hectares crops; direct economic losses of more than 46 million yuan.According to the Yunnan Provincial Department of civil affairs report, Kunming, Qujing, Yuxi and other 6 cities (prefectures) and 14 counties (city, district) 48 thousand people affected, 1 people missing; nearly 200 houses damaged to varying degrees; 3 thousand and 500 hectares of crops were affected, of which more than 500 hectares of crops; the direct economic loss exceeds 62 million yuan.

According to reports of the office of Tibet Autonomous District, Lhasa, Shigatse, Changdu and other 5 cities (regions) 10 counties (districts) more than 3000 people were affected, more than 100 people evacuated; more than 100 houses were damaged to varying degrees; direct economic losses of nearly 7 million yuan.
