Introduction
The National Marine Information Center (CNIC) is a public institution directly under the Ministry of Natural Resources. Its main functions are to manage national Marine information resources, undertake related work of the Office of the Ministry's Leading Group on Internet Security and Informatization, guide and coordinate Marine informatization construction at all levels. It provides business support, technical support and information services for natural resource management, Marine economy, Marine safety and rights protection, and Marine public welfare services.
