Introduction
Structured around the observatories of the sciences of the Universe, and engaged in national and international programs, the INSU opens up avenues to respond to the major current scientific challenges of the Universe and the Earth. The challenges of his research concern our life on the Planet (effects of climate change, solutions for sustainable development, evaluation of renewable energies, anticipation of natural risks) but also the formation and evolution of the Universe.
