The 7.8-magnitude earthquakes struck in southern Turkey near the Syrian border in recent 12 hours. According to the Turkish and Syrian governments and aid agencies, the earthquake has killed more than 15,000 people.Gaziantep is about 40 km from the epicenter of the earthquake.These images show Gaziantep's state before the earthquake. The data is downloaded from the GEE platform.There are two main modes of image: ASCENDING and DESCENDING. Sentinel-1 data was combined and unipolarized, and preprocessed, mainly including: updating orbital metadata using orbital files; Eliminate GRD boundary noise; elimination of thermal noise; radiometric calibration; terrain correction.The resolution is 10m.
