Line Voltage Loss/Cable Voltage Drop Online Calculator

APP description

Voltage loss = voltage drop

Voltage loss: refers to the value difference of the voltage between the two ends of the impedance element in the circuit. In engineering calculation, voltage loss is equal to voltage drop.

Voltage drop: when the current passes through the power equipment (resistance), the potential difference (potential difference) generated at both ends of the equipment is called voltage drop. In engineering calculation, voltage drop is equal to voltage loss.

SWA—steel wire armored cable

XPLE - XLPE cable

SWA is a value of 70° ambient temperature

XPLE is a value of 90° ambient temperature

Usage example

Cable length: 500 metre

Operating Current at Cable End : 360A

Cable type: 3-4-core SWA default

Cable Section Area: 25mm square
