Introduction:
The heavy rain in Zhouqu County of Gansu province had caused geological disasters such as Flood flood and debris flow. The geological disasters such as the extraordinary floods and debris flows caused heavy casualties and losses to the lives and property of the local people.
In order to properly arrange the basic livelihood of the affected people in the disaster stricken areas, the Gansu Province Government had made the especial opinions.
