From the late June to the middle August, 1932, there was a circulation situation in the Sonhua River basin and circulation was caused by the combination of high pressure in the east and the low pressure in the west. The Westen Pacific subtropical high inclined to the west and north in the ground dynamic map in July and August when the rainstorm occurred in 1932. The 1008 hundred pascal isobars settled in the eastern coastal region of our country and Japan Sea sustainly and stablely; the air pressure in the center of the high pressure reached 1013 hundreds pascal. All of these above caused the continental depression formed in the Yellow River went to the northeast continuously.

At the same time, the wheather systems in the low latitude tropical places are very active, for example, there are 8 typhoons which came from Pacific Ocean through Philippine Islands and finally landing in our coastal region. Because of the typhoon occurred frequently, forced the Pacific subtropical high to the north. And this, on the one hand, stopped the low pressure to the east and out of the sea; on the other hand, a lot of warm moist air because of the typhoon went to the northeast along the northwest edge of the subtropical high. The cold and warm air intersected in the basins of Songhua River caused a long rainy days. The rainstorm was caused when Bohai atr whirl went to the north and meet with the Northeast China cyclone, Pacific Ocean subtropical high settled in the eastern coastal region of our country and Japan Sea sustainly, and the center of the typhoon is in the circulation caused between Philippine Islands and Taiwan.
