Dataset of temperature from 1980 to 2010 between China, Russia and Mongolia

This dataset provides average temperature spatial interpolation datas of China, Russian, Mongolia from 1980 to 2010. The spatial resolution of datas are 1KM. The dates take a single band coverage data format,respectively. It is based on the NCDC gsod global temperature data set http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov.
