He graduated from Henan Agricultural University with a bachelor's degree in 1983. He received a master's degree in forest ecology from Guangxi University in 1990. In 1995, he received his PhD from the China Academy of Sciences' Natural Resources Comprehensive Investigation Committee (now the Institute of Geographical Science and Resources).
Work Experience
Since 1995, He has been assigned to the Chinese academy of sciences for desertification research and research management. From November 1996 to January 1997, He studied and conducted cooperation in Israel desert institute. In June 2000, he was the deputy director of science and technology department of Chinese Academy of Forestry.
Achievement
He has presided over and participated in more than 30 international, national and provincial subjects and published more than 150 essays.
