Introduction
IKCEST DRR is subordinate to the International Knowledge Center for Engineering Sciences and Technology (IKCEST). It is founded under the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (shortened as “UNESCO”) Framework Agreement in 2016.The agency focuses on 1）drawing up global disaster metadata standards and building global disaster meta-database ;2）intergrating disaster data and information and developing DRR Knowledge Service;3）providing disaster relief and technology transfer for developing countries;4）formting an integrated DRR service capability.
