Projection distance calculation (based on f value: focal length)

Category: Daily

App description

The projection distance and picture size are closely related to the focal length of the projector and the size of the LCD.

Given the size of the picture, the projection distance is obtained:

Minimum projection distance (m) = minimum focal length (m) x picture size (inch) × LCD size (inch).

Maximum projection distance (m) = maximum focal length (m) x picture size (inch) × LCD size (inch).

Projection screen size calculator, projection distance counter.

Usage example

Screen diagonal(Inch): 85, 4:3 screen.

Size of liquid crystal plate(Inch): 0.7, please check the projector parameters and input.

Focal length f(mm): 26.5-31.5, please check the projector parameters and input.

Click "Calculate" to output the result.

Projection distance(mm): 3217.857142857143 - 3825.0000000000005.
