  • d1=spring axial displacement, spring shaft deflection
  • F = axial force
  • d = spring wire diameter
  • N = number of effective coils
  • G = rigid modulus
  • C = spring index

Usage example

Input data: axial force F: 2 cattle; spring diameter D: 0.9 m; spring wire diameter d: 0.1 m; effective number of coils: 10; rigid modulus: 5 N/m2, click "Calculate" to display the result.

Output: The spring shaft is displaced and the spring shaft deflection is 349920.
